Acqualina is a condo hotel project that was developed by the Trump Group and there founders, Eddie and Jules Trump.  They selected Robert Swedroe to provide architectural services for the project.  The result was a grand masterpiece known as Acqualina.  A Mediterranean inspired tower that soars 52-floors into the Sunny Isles skyline.  This project includes 188 residences that range in size from 2301 to 8081 square feet.  There are 48 hotel units in this resort project.  Floor plans provide for 2, 3 4. 5 & 6 bedroom configurations and have a residence for every need.  The property sits on 4.5 acres of beachfront property and has 300 feet of waterfront exposure.  Amenities include several restaurants on site, fitness center, hair salon, beautifully appointed swimming pool, housekeeping services, nanny services, and 24-hour security.

The Porsche Design Tower is the masterpiece from the Porsche Design Team and is the first of it kind.  Designated as P’0001, it will reside on 2.2-acre parcel of land at Collins Avenue & 185th Street in Sunny Isles Beach.  If you love your car, you will love this building.  Developer Gil Dezer, and Porsche Design have created a building that utilizes a robotic garage that allow you to park your car at your apartment.  Residents will drive up and while still in their car, be placed into the elevator and taken directly to their unit.  During the 45 to 90 second trip you will be able to enjoy spectacular view of the ocean.  Once at your destination, the robotic arm will place you and your vehicle in your space. 

This building is pre-construction and is under development with a scheduled completion date in 2016.
